My Story

Welcome to Caroline Cookie Kitchen!

My name is Caroline Morales-Fulford and I am the cookie artist behind Caroline's Cookie Kitchen. I started out baking and decorating cookies as a hobby. I received such wonderful compliments and support from my family and friends who have encouraged me to sell my cookies. After two years, I decided to turn my hobby into a small business and I love it! 

I have over 25 years in financing experience and a bachelor's degree in Public Health and working on my masters in social work. I have lived in San Diego, CA for over 25 years. I recently moved to Severance, Colorado. My hobbies are baking, running, hiking, graphic design, and gardening.
